Purpose and Scope
Scope of the journal:
The “METODIST” journal is a scientific and practical periodical specializing in covering teaching methodologies of academic subjects in preschool education institutions and general secondary and higher education institutions, as well as presenting research results in the fields of exact, natural, social, and humanitarian sciences.
The journal publishes research findings, innovative ideas, and advanced pedagogical experiences in these areas, as well as scientific articles by young researchers and experienced specialists. This journal operates as one of the leading scientific-practical publications highlighting modern research related to teaching methodologies of exact, natural, social, and humanitarian sciences and the educational process. The journal contributes to the development of interdisciplinary integration, expansion of national and international scientific cooperation, scientific analysis of modern educational problems, and development of their practical solutions.
Publication frequency
The journal is a continuously published online publication and does not have an alternative to the printed edition. The journal is published 6 times a year. Each issue is published every two months. If necessary, special issues of the journal may also be published.

Only original, previously unpublished articles in English, Russian and Uzbek are accepted.

Objectives of the journal:
The main objectives of the journal include:
· developing teaching methodologies for exact, natural, social, and humanitarian sciences and disseminating national and international experiences in these areas;
· supporting scientific, innovative, and pedagogical activities of young researchers and experienced specialists, and promoting advanced ideas and effective educational technologies;
· presenting innovative ideas and scientific results in Uzbek language and literature, state language education, foreign language education, as well as exact, natural, and social-humanitarian sciences, pedagogy, and psychology to the public and conducting their scientific analysis;
· developing scientific-practical discussions on current educational issues and creating a scientific platform for experience exchange at national and international levels;
· promoting interdisciplinary integration in education, analyzing modern pedagogical approaches, and facilitating their implementation into educational practice.
Thematic areas of the journal:
The “METODIST” journal publishes articles devoted to current scientific-theoretical and practical issues in teaching methodologies of exact, natural, social-humanitarian, and applied sciences, pedagogy, psychology, and the educational process. The journal accepts materials in the following thematic areas:
- methodology of teaching Uzbek (native) language, state (Uzbek) language, and literature;
- modern research, theoretical views, and innovations in linguistics and literary studies;
- methodology of teaching exact, natural, and social-humanitarian sciences and modern approaches in these disciplines;
- innovations in pedagogy and psychology and their application in education and upbringing processes;
- interdisciplinary integration and innovative pedagogical technologies in education;
- digital education technologies, distance learning, and the use of artificial intelligence in education;
- assessment of education quality, diagnostics, monitoring, and testology;
- foreign educational experience, comparative studies, and advanced pedagogical practices;
- methodology for developing educational literature, textbooks, and didactic materials;
- issues of education and upbringing in preschool, general secondary, and higher education systems, including moral education;
- development of teachers’ professional competence and issues of continuing professional education;
- problems in inclusive, special, and arts education and their methodological aspects;
- methodology and pedagogy of music and visual arts education;
- STEAM education and modern innovative pedagogical approaches
