The “METODIST” journal was established in 2024 in a private form. Since May 2026, it has been transferred under the authority of University of Tashkent for Applied Sciences (UTAS). The journal developed and approved its cover and title pages indicating the institution, publisher, ISSN, editorial board, editorial policy, publication ethics, and website. The journal is published once every two months.
